Even as a child, I had an emotional bond with the Neni, because I had spent many wonderful hours in it. True to the motto: „dreaming is allowed“, the building shell is made of natural materials and therefore free of pollutants. The solar system on the roof makes it almost energy independent. A charging station supplies electric cars with the necessary power.
You can experience the Neni as a chalet or you can live in one of the two exclusive suites.

Conditions
Upon completion of your booking, we will send you a reservation confirmation with details on the deposit. This is made by bank transfer and amounts to 50% of the total price.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
Cancellation policy
If things turn out differently than planned and the booked vacation must be canceled. Whether you can not start your vacation at all or delayed or have to return earlier, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the following cancellation conditions apply:
– Until 60 days before arrival: free cancellation– Until 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount– Until 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount– Until 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
In case of late arrival and/or early departure and/or no arrival, the booked stay will be charged.
