A new kind of gastronomy awaits you in the centre of Schruns. Inviting lounges with lots of wood, a cozy lounge with a beautiful interior, the reinterpretation of traditional dishes and ingredients, as well as a floating gondola in the guest room make the restaurant a culinary and sensual experience.

The open kitchen allows you to look over the chef’s shoulder. Watch them push your flamingo cake into the stone oven or fill your bowl with colorful, healthy ingredients. The small but fine menu reflects the development from the church institution to the modern Josefsheim Restaurant.

Josefsheim Hostel is located in the centre of Schruns, in the heart of Montafon, in the middle of the Austrian Alps. Right next to the cable car and the entrance to the ski area, the hostel offers young people, young adults and active families a home base for sporting activities of all kinds – and at a really fair price.

Comfortable beds in private bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious washrooms, ski and bike depot – everything you need is there. You don’t have any frills.
