Throw away food? We are against it and therefore we sometimes process products that have exceeded the printed best-before date. Our chef checks them very carefully for quality and makes sure that we do not waste any food.
As we prepare our dishes fresh, the food does not always arrive at your table at the same time. If there are a lot of guests, there may be longer waiting times - the best time to enjoy the view, have a cosy chat and give your muscles a well-deserved break.
PS: The shortest waiting times are usually before 12.00 noon and after 2.00 pm.
