Silvretta Montafon's southernmost mountain restaurant also focuses on southern cuisine: here we serve South Tyrolean and Italian specialties. With its broad selection of home-made pizza, pasta, rösti and mezzelune, the restaurant has something to suit every taste. "La Dolce Vita" surrounded by towering peaks – and on that note: “buon appetito”.
We source our meat and dairy products from our very own farms here in the Montafon Valley, as well as from Metzgerei Salzgeber in Tschagguns. Wherever possible, we serve food that is both regional and sustainable. We also make a conscious effort to provide vegan and vegetarian dishes. These are marked accordingly in the menu.
