Although there are various names for this little mushroom - one thing is certain: In the coming weeks, the small forest mushrooms are very popular with connoisseurs. With their slightly peppery aroma chanterelles taste in many dishes. But did you also know that the crisp flesh of the pale yellow hat of fresh specimens spreads a fruity scent of apricot? 

Fittingly, the apricot will seduce you culinary for four weeks in the Kapellrestaurant. Most people probably know the power fruit mainly as a juicy fruit, fresh from the tree, on a fruit cake or as jam. But it is even more versatile than you think - and above all, a true power donor!
