Welcome to "The House on the Litz" Schruns Montafon!

The 250 years old art neuvue style house has been tastfully renovated to retain the charming character of the old building with all the modern conveniences.
The apartment is aprox. 50 square meters consisting of:
Combined kitchen/diner room , door to balcony which also has comfortable chairs and table.
The kitchen is fitted with and induction hob/convection oven dishwasher. fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee machine and all the usual equipment.
The sitting room with a very comfortable double put-u-up which sleep two television with English, German and Dutch programmes. A double bedroom with built in cupboard.
Hall/cloakroom. Main door intercom. Bathroom with shower toilet and washbasin.
Central heating, use of cellar for storing sport equipment and drying of wet sportclothes. Private parking! STRICTLY NO SMOKING, no animals.
