The right kind of preparation and professional equipment are essential when it comes to challenging rides out in the open terrain. Check the current avalanche warnings, runs and course times ahead of every tour at the Freeride Center on the Grasjoch. Make sure your avalanche transceiver works at one of the four checkpoints, or improve your skills on the permanent avalanche transceiver search field.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Freeride Adventure Days are held at the Silvretta Montafon resort. Professional guides show you the most beautiful deep-snow descents. Please book your freeride adventure until no later than 3pm of the previous day. What are you waiting for? Let’s freeride!

On Mondays: It’s all about safety! At the Freeride-Safety-Check, mountain experts share their knowledge and experiences with skiing in the open terrain. On the Grasjoch, you get to practice an avalanche search together with the guides. The equipment for the course will be allocated by the Ski School Schruns. Please reserve a spot until no later than 4pm of the previous day.
