What to expect:
- Prepairing and serving high-quality coffee specialties
- Competent, detailed and courteous advice for guests
- Maintaining the equipment and the workplace
- Supporting the service staff
- Pre- and post-processing tasks
- Selecting and reordering the types of coffee used
About you:
- Apprenticeship in the hotel/gastronomy industry
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of coffee and milk types, coffee roasting, latte art, coffee storage as well as operation and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines
- High service orentation and quality awareness
- Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance
- Professional and calm workin style, even in stressful situations
The monthly salary is based on the collective agreement for gastronomy and hotel industry - overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
