• Budget responsibility, cost control, and participation in forecasting and annual planning
• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
• Active presence in the guest front and professional complaint and quality management
• Collaboration on strategic projects, concept development, and investment decisions

About you:

• Completed commercial/tourism training or degree
• Several years of management experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Confident use of hotel software and reporting tools
• High service orientation, strong organizational skills, and leadership competence
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages of advantage

The monthly salary is based on the collective agreement for gastronomy and hotel industry - overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
