- Guest service and advice by phone and email
- Complaint management (emails, phone, platforms)
- Support with various sales processes, e.g., handling cancellations and refunds
- Support with organization of ski and mountain excursions with bus and tour operators
- Occurring back office activities
About you:
- Completed commercial/tourism vocational or school education
- Confident with MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of the region
- Communicative, open-minded personality
- Enthusiasm for alpine/winter sports
The monthly salary is based on the collective agreement for Austrian cable car employees - overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
