What to expect:
- Acting as a substitute for the restaurant manager during their absence
- Ensuring excellent guest service
- Organizing daily service operations
- Assisting with ordering supplies and inventory control
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Reviewing cash register reports and daily closings
- Actively supporting day-to-day operations
About you:
- Gastronomic training and relevant professional experience
- Team spirit, motivation, resilience and flexibility
- Communication skills: eloquent, open, friendly
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
The monthly salary is based on the collective agreement for gastronomy and hotel industry - overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
