Team Silvretta Montafon

No one knows the Montafon mountains better than the Montafoners themselves. As one of the largest employers in Montafon, we see it as our responsibility to offer the local population a secure job. More than 200 of our regular employees live in the Montafon or grew up here. We can live our connection and love for our homeland at work and communicate it authentically and honestly to our guests. In addition, the commute to work for many of our employees is very short and easily manageable by train, bus and bicycle. This protects the Montafon environment and saves traffic jams and stress in the morning.

SiMo Gagla Club

In the first phase, the SiMo Gagla Club offers all-day care for children between the ages of three and ten on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and during holiday periods. The offer is thus coordinated with the main working hours in tourism, when public childcare facilities are closed, and is aimed at employees who would otherwise not have the opportunity to return to work or find full-time or part-time employment in the tourism sector.

SiMotel

Right in the middle instead of just being there: During the winter season, some of our employees live in the SiMotel, which is located directly above the market hall and thus in the middle of Silvretta Park Montafon! The 48 individual flats are not only a place to relax and feel good, but also offer them a temporary home.
