FAQ: Questions & answers about operation

Are the mountain railways in operation in all weather conditions?

Your safety is our priority. In extreme weather conditions, we will inform you immediately of any changes to the status directly in the open facilities and on the screens in the ski area.

Do different operating hours apply for events?

Yes. During sporting highlights such as the HochjochTotale or our top events, we open at special times for you. You can find the details on the respective event page.

Are the slopes open outside of operating hours?

No. After closing time, we secure and prepare the slopes. For safety reasons, skiing is not permitted.
