Our house is located in a very quiet sunny slope with fantastic views of the mountains of the Montafon. (No transit traffic)
All apartments are very comfortably furnished and have the "4 Edelweiß" seal of quality.
Each apartment has an underground car park available.
Furthermore, there is a personlift in the house, a Finnish, bio and infrared sauna,
Steam shower and a large ski room with boot dryer.

In summer there is a panoramic terrace of approx. 200m² with a large garden grill,
covered pavilion with seating group, deck chairs and umbrella, children's playground
with swing, slide, trampoline, table tennis and other toys.

How to get there: At the traffic light crossroad Schruns-Tschagguns turn right over the river Ill, always straight ahead towards Latschau approx. 900 m, then turn left to the car park Grabs (signage Haus Platzis available).
Follow Unterziegerbergstraße approx. 500 m, on the right hand side you will find our house.
