How can I pay online?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung (an online, cashless payment service).

 

How will I receive my valid ticket after purchasing it from the online store?

Season tickets and annual passes can be collected at a Silvretta Montafon cash desk on presentation of the voucher.  Child and senior citizen tariffs are available exclusively on presentation of valid photo ID (passport). Day passes are available at the cash desks or the ticket machines. 

 

Where is my ski ticket valid?

Ski tickets with a validity of up to 2.5-days are valid only at Silvretta Montafon. On purchasing a ski pass for three days or more, you will receive the Montafon Brandnertal Card, which includes access to all the cableways in Montafon and Brandnertal.

 

Are multi-day passes also valid on non-consecutive days?

Multi-day passes are only valid on consecutive days. There is, however, also the option of purchasing a flexipass. More information about this is available here or via telephone on +43 5557 6300.

 

Is my ticket transferable?

Ski passes are not transferable (with the exception of the interchangeable WildPass). Misuse of ski passes is a punishable offence.

 

What is an interchangeable WildPass?

We offer an interchangeable WildPass (3-14 days) for parents with small children (born in 2020 or younger).

This interchangeable WildPass can be used alternately by both parents and exchanged during the day. The change is only possible at the valley stations and not on the mountain. Identification is required and the ski pass is provided with a photo of both parents. Purchase directly on site at the mountain railway ticket offices and not online. Are group tariffs available?

Are there discounts on certain tickets?

There are discounts for holders of a disabled person’s pass with an impairment in working ability of 70% or more. This discount can only be granted on-site, at all Silvretta Montafon cash desks, on presentation of identification.

 

What is a ski patrol pass and where can I buy one?

In the event of a ski accident, rescue and transport to a Silvretta Montafon valley station by the ski patrol is free of charge if you have purchased a ski patrol pass at one of the Silvretta Montafon cash desks (€ 14.00). If you have not purchased a ski patrol pass, rescue and transport incur charges. The Customer will be charged the lump sum as displayed at the cash desks (no less than € 180.00 as at January 2023 or as per the current valid price list). Any obligations to reimburse third-party rescue costs (e.g. helicopter rescue, mountain rescue, etc.) remain unaffected by this.

 

From when is the 2.5-day pass valid?

The 2.5-day pass is valid at Silvretta Montafon only from 12:30 a.m. on the first day of purchase and on the following two days. The pass can be purchased from all Silvretta Montafon cash desks.

 

What is an hourly pass?

The hourly pass can be purchased at any Silvretta Montafon cash desk and costs more than a day pass. You can return the pass to any Silvretta Montafon cash desk within four hours of purchase and will receive a proportional refund. Once you have exceeded this four hour limit, a refund is no longer available.

 

Who is eligible for a family season ticket or family annual pass?

The family season ticket and family annual pass is available for parents (father and/or mother) and children who live in the same household. Either the family passport or valid identification must be presented as proof. The family tariff is applied to family season tickets or family annual passes when all passes are purchased together and at the same time. The oldest child pays; all other children are free of charge. Family passes can be purchased online or on-site at any Silvretta Montafon cash desk.

 

Where should I report to if I have lost valuables in the ski region?

In the event of a loss of valuables, we will gladly help you over the phone (+43 5557 6300) or at any Silvretta Montafon cash desk.

 

Will my ticket price be reimbursed in the event of injury or illness?

In the event of injuries or illness, you will receive a proportional part reimbursement (less a processing fee of € 7.50) from any Silvretta Montafon cash desk, on presentation of a medical certificate; this can be submitted later). There will be no refund for companions or in the event of early departure. If the medical certificate is handed in at an in-patient cash desk, a cash payment is made; if the certificate is handed in later by mail or post, the refund is always made in the form of a voucher.

Relaxed Booking with the Carefree Package

You can't start your stay in the Brandnertal or Montafon unexpectedly and want to cancel your booked ski tickets? Then the Montafon Brandnertal Carefree Package is just right for you.

The following cancellation reasons are included in the Carefree Package:

  • Illness and/or injury of a ski ticket holder, which makes skiing impossible.
  • Pregnancy and complications of one of the ski ticket holders
  • Corona disease of one of the ski ticket holders
  • Death of one of the ski ticket holders
  • Significant property damage to the residence of one of the ski ticket holders as a result of fire, burst water pipe or criminal act
  • Loss of employment through no fault of his/her own as a result of termination of employment of one of the ski ticket holders
