Cuisine at Josefsheim
A new kind of gastronomy awaits you in the centre of Schruns. Inviting rooms with lots of wood, a cosy lounge with beautiful interiors, a reinterpretation of traditional dishes and ingredients, and a gondola floating in the dining room make a visit to the restaurant a culinary and sensory experience.
The open kitchen design allows you to look over the shoulders of the kitchen staff. Watch as traditional delicacies are prepared with love. The menu reflects the development from a church institution to the modern Josefsheim Restaurant.
Since winter 2025/26, the new bar at Josefsheim has been the place to meet for relaxed evenings. Fine drinks, good conversation and a relaxed atmosphere after a day in the mountains.
