The Mountain Beats Festival brings together winter sports, electronic music and a stunning mountain backdrop. The festival kicks off on Friday with a pre-party at the Valisera Cable Car mountain station.
On Saturday, the celebrations take place across four stages on the mountain and in the valley – featuring a diverse range of sounds and renowned DJs from the EDM scene.
The festival day gets off to an early start: The first beats get the party started at the valley station first thing in the morning. Afterwards, you’ll take the Valisera cable car up to over 2,100 metres. Whether you’re coming from the slopes or heading straight to the festival – energetic DJ sets against a wintry backdrop await you at the mountain station. Right next to the mountain station, the Main Stage forms the heart of the festival with large LED screens, powerful sound and special effects. Here, the area in front of the stage becomes a dance floor – ski boots and snowboard boots included. During the day, you’ll be partying right in the heart of the ski resort, surrounded by snow, mountains and pulsating beats.
In the afternoon, the festival atmosphere moves down into the valley. The celebrations continue on the Valley Stage before the after-party in the Markthalle brings the day to a close in a lively atmosphere.

Yes. The festival venue is right in the heart of the ski resort. This means you can combine a day of skiing with a visit to the festival and easily get there on skis or a snowboard.
You can reach the festival grounds by taking the Valisera cable car from St. Gallenkirch. From the valley station, the gondola takes you directly to the festival grounds at an altitude of over 2,100 meters.
After the train ride from your starting point to Schruns, take the 650 bus to St Gallenkirch and get off at the Valisera Bahn valley station. Click here for the timetable.
If you are in possession of a multi-day ticket, the journey by public transport from Bludenz to Montafon is included during the day.
