Milk calf week
The meat from the Montafon dairy calf guarantees excellent quality in addition to the consistent Montafon origin with short transport routes and species-appropriate husbandry. The secret lies in the feeding with fresh whole milk, which gives the meat an unmistakable aroma. The veal is digestible as well as rich in valuable vitamins and minerals, very tender and fine in taste.
Dumpling week
- The dumpling – a legend! However, it is possible that dumplings were created by chance thousands of years ago. Perhaps as a result of a baking mishap? What a happy accident! Had it not occurred, we would not be able to offer you any of our rustic specialty dumplings.
- Large, small, sweet, sour, made from flour, potato or semolina – our dumpling menu features a delicious selection of ten home-made dumplings. Which is your favorite?
Mexican week
According to the Mexicans: “Panza llena, corazón contento!" - "A full stomach makes for a happy heart!" Our experienced team, headed up by chef Kurt Woltsche, will bring you a culinary experience like no other! We use traditional Mexican ingredients to create the finest dishes from the land of the Aztecs at more than 2,000 meters above sea level. A crunchy papaya salad or an original Thai curry will warm your heart – even when you are surrounded by winter weather and snow. Food is one of the basic elements of Thai culture. Life without food is unimaginable for Thai people, as for them, it is synonymous with “Sanuk” (fun)! And it is easy to see why! The chefs at Nova Stoba work with traditional ingredients, placing a great deal of value on fresh and quality produce in order to achieve the most authentic flavors possible. And on that note: “Khõ hai dja” – “Bon appetit” and don’t be afraid of the spiciness!
