Nova Stoba Restaurant
With its wood paneling, which harks back to old-fashioned farmhouses, the largest of our mountain restaurants provides a cozy chalet atmosphere. Since 1989, Nova Stoba's chef, Kurt Woltsche, has been spoiling guests with international and regional delicacies, often reinterpreting them. The game used in the regional dishes comes from the forests surrounding the restaurant, and we hunt this ourselves.
